How do I update my contact details?

  1. Log in to your control panel by clicking on the 'Member Login' link at the top of the page or go directly to www.name.com.au/memberslogin.

  2. Click My Account from the top menu.

  3. Under the Account Data menu, click on Users.

  4. Click on your login name. You will be taken to the following menu.

  5. On the General tab, you can modify your login password.
    NOTE: You do not have the ability to modify your login name.

  6. On the Contacts tab, you can modify your contact details eg your email address.
