1. Log in to your Member Control Panel area by entering your username and password in the 'Members Login' area to the right of each page. Or go directly to name.com.au/members/.
   
   
2. Select My Domains > Renew.
   
   
3. Select the domain due for renewal and click the Renew button.
4. Select the duration of your renewal.
   
   NOTE: All .au domains must be renewed for a 2 year period, TLD domains (eg .com and .net) can be renewed for up to 9 years).
   
   
5. On the next screen you must complete the following.
   
   1. i. If you have a credit card stored in our system, verify the card details by clicking the '...' button next to the Payment Method.
      ii. If you do not have a credit card stored on our system, add a new card by clicking the Add New Payment Method button.
   2. Accept the name.com.au Terms of Service.
   3. Click the Place Order button.
      

You domain will now be renewed for your specified duration.
