How do I pay an order?

  1. Log in to your member control panel by clicking on the 'Member Login' link at the top of the page or go directly to name.com.au/members/.

  2. You will be taken to the Billing section of your control panel.

  3. On the menu at the left of the screen, select My Financial Info > Open Orders.

  4. You will see a list of the open orders in your account. Select the appropriate order number and go to the Payments tab. To add a new payment, click the Add Payment button.

  5. The payment information is listed at the top of the screen.

    You must choose one of the following payment methods.
    1. If you have a valid credit card on file, click on the '...' button next to Payment Method and select the card. 

    2. If you do not have a credit card on file, select the checkbox next to New Credit Card. 
      Enter the credit card and billing contact details as prompted.

  6. Click the Add button.
